How to Lose Weight, Sculpture Your Body and Get Sustainable Results without Starving Yourself

Many of us would like to lose weight and shape our bodies.

We also would like to enjoy real food and get sustainable results, right?

I found a system that I personally used, and I lost 15 pounds in 3 months.

I also lost 2 dress sizes and…

What is amazing I have kept that weight off for over a year now.

If you want to lose weight and get sustainable results you may use the system I’ve used.

This method has very sustainable results…and we do not have to starve ourselves.

 We can eat normal food, three to five times a day and still lose weight.

Before I introduce you this method, let me talk a little bit about the other methods that many of us have tried.

I tried some of these methods to lose weight, but my results were not sustainable.

THE WEIGHT LOSS SYSTEM THAT I HAVE USED

I call it M5 System

You have five products and you will make five life changes for five months.

Bust first, let me start from food.

1. MEDITERRANEAN DIET

We are going to eat real food following well design Mediterranean diet.

 Mediterranean diet has been proven to be the best diet for losing weight and for your health.

For a Fat Burning meal you need Protein source, fast or slow Carbs portion.

You basically eat this type of food, healthy food, minimum three times a day.

You must eat, you cannot starve yourself.

2. Then you make five life changes.

 What are the three life changes?

  • Drink five glasses of water per day. I think most of us have heard of that.
  • Limit sugar drinks, no Coke.
  • Cut fried foods.
  • Eliminate white stuff, like potatoes, rice, flour, and
  • walk at least 7,500 steps a day.

 I would say eliminate, at least choose three. I have chosen five, all of them, because it made me feel good, but choose at least three.
